I was a bit miffed over the recent departures, but I’ve somewhat tempered myself by realizing that Novell has more than half a dozen developers/employees.

Honestly, what the hell is going on at Novell?  Granted, a few employees doesn’t make a whole work force, but how many “names” is Novell going to let walk away?  Are the blood sucking CXOs and investors looking to make a quick buck by slashing and selling away Novell?  Novell has/had tons of talent and very good base of technology and the management continues to completely fail itself.  I’m pissed off.  Why can’t someone pay me hundreds of thousands of dollars to kill a company?
If Novell tanks or is bought out, Active Directory/Exchange/Windows Server 2003 is the only real option I have left.
